✓Data refresh from your masters. The portal is kept current from your SharePoint masters. Today that refresh is run by Peter; automated nightly scheduling is a small next step (below).

Built and in final review

•The autonomous daily report flow. A foreman hits Submit, the system generates the PDF, emails the distribution list, and files it in SharePoint, all on its own. It is built and working, currently in final layout review with Derek and still pointed at a test folder and test email. Once Derek signs off on the design, it flips to the live distribution list and deploys.

What is next

The near-term road

•Deploy the daily report flow. Live to the real recipients once Derek approves the layout.
•Automated nightly scheduling. A Cloudflare Cron Trigger so the refresh, and the scheduled write-back that rolls reports into your Excel masters, run hands-off on a schedule with no one needing to trigger them.
•Onboard the three field crew. Then retire the shared password entirely.
•CRM direction. The version PureBrain built is in evaluation alongside your existing tooling.
•Field Ops tool. Its own separate portal, in progress; it does not affect the main platform.

A second PureBrain is not a spare in case Peter is unavailable. That is the floor, not the pitch. It is a second specialized team member who never sleeps, and you choose what it is great at.

What makes Peter different from any other AI tool is not that he moves files.
